Decor Technician-Seasonal

Earn $20.00 - $21.00/hr.   

At Great America, work is FUN! Working as a Decor Technician means you’ll be responsible for decorating the park, maintain, and install park decorations  

You’ll also… 

• Decorate park using various props and materials. 

• Operate a variety of vehicles including; carts, trucks, man lift, fork lift. 

• Performs work on Ladders, Scaffold and elevated platforms. 

• Follow designs and execute to designers standards. 

• Paints with brush and roller. 
   

• Conducts daily checks for equipment, as assigned. 

• Participates in organizing, assembling and installing decorations for park events, as needed. 

• Works with HVLP (conventional) spray equipment/ airbrush spray gun. 

• Works with hand and portable power tools associated with trade. 

• Other duties may be assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Summer operation.
• We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts for the Spring Operating season.
  • **Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
• This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the year.
