Worlds of Fun is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the seasonal staffing efforts at the park. This position will oversee both FT and Seasonal employees and be responsible for all aspects of the talent acquistion operation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and HR-related systems; advanced level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
License or Certification: Valid driver’s license
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, industry experience a plus!
Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.
