As a member of the WFM team, Schedulers will be responsible for providing and completing regular schedule responsibilities and provide schedule analysis and recommendations to meet operational goals. The position must establish and maintain strong relationships that will allow for effective working relationships with all levels of associates and management for multiple departments.
Workforce Schedulers will assist in the centralized scheduling process for park associates. They're responsible for the scheduling functions as well as generating volume forecasts, projecting staffing levels, and determining optimal schedule patterns for park operating divisions.
You will work directly with park management from all divisions, as well as with associates directly to ensure that work schedules meet various business demands, as well as the needs of seasonal staff.
1. Responsible for scheduling duties within the WFM scheduling system, which includes managing and maintaining long term schedules for various operating departments.
2. Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, and other business interruptions.
3. Compile and manage information such as open shift reports, staffing details, headcount templates, and/or associate data.
4. Collaborate and work with park management to generate and modify schedules to ensure coverage and optimal service levels.
5. Identify potential gaps in scheduled coverage and present recommendations to department management and recruiting.
6. Guide day-to-day operation of central scheduling office including leading seasonal office associates, interns, and supervisors and assisting park associates with scheduling concerns and other questions
