• • Answer a high volume telephone calls
  • Complete data entry
  • Process paperwork 
  • Answer questions for associates
  • Monitor break schedules
  • Responsible for maintaining confidential information regarding associates

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
• Ability to learn various software programs, quickly
