Responsibilities

Preferred majors: Leadership, Hospitality Management, Student Affairs 

As a Resident Life Intern, you will make a real impact on the daily experience of more than 2,000 seasonal associates living on our Associate Housing Campus. This hands-on internship offers a dynamic blend of leadership, event planning, and community engagement. You’ll also... 

  • Help oversee daily operations of the Associate Recreation Center (ARC). 
  • Plan, promote, and execute recreational and social events to enhance campus life. 
  • Supervise associate bus trips and assist with in-park Associate Life events. 
  • Support the overall operations and core functions of the Associate Housing Campus. 

 

This multifaceted role is perfect for students seeking experience in leadership, recreation, hospitality, or student affairs. 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs 
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law 
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
