Responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating electricians in maintaining existing equipment, facilities, and new construction. Provides first line field supervision of electricians.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting or providing training and support to Seasonals and Employees in daily assignments by evenly distributing work orders, as approved by Supervisors
Colsing out finalized work orders completed by Seasonals and Employees
Assisting in compiling the list of recommended supplies and parts
Assisting in troubleshooting problems and repairs
Assisting Supervisors with scheduling Seasonals and Employees
May pass messages to and from Supervisors, as needed, provided that such messages are not related to investigatory or disciplinary matters
Resposible for reporting to the Supervisor which tasks were delated to specific Employees or Seasonals, so that the Supervisor may investigate instances in which Employees performance or safety-related rules
Qualified to install, troubleshoot, repair and replace any of a variety of electrical equipment
Qualified to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair of park attractions
Qualified to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
Qualified to inspect electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
Qualified to repair and/or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
Qualified to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair bsic ride control components and monitoring devices, such as proximity sensors and limit switches
Qualifications
High School graduate or GED
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have experience in directing electricians
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays periods to meet business needs
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
3-5 years experience in electrical maintenance and construction.
